Orders that include a request to grind coffee are considered final and non-cancellable once processed.

A valid claim is submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the product.

The exchange request is made within a reasonable timeframe.
To request an exchange:
Customers must contact us via email with proof (photos/videos).
The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition where applicable.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any exchange.
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit or gift voucher will be issued upon return approval.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified accordingly.
